Refund Policy

User Registration Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration for an event PinkPrint International Conference. To ensure a transparent and efficient process, we have outlined our refund policy below. Please read carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for registration fees will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 30 days of the payment date. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason, such as illness, emergency, or other unforeseen situations that prevent your participation in the event PinkPrint International Conference. Documentation may be required to support your refund request.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the payment date.
  • Failure to attend the event PinkPrint International Conference without prior notice or valid reason.
  • Change of mind or inability to attend for personal reasons not deemed exceptional.
  • Payments made for event PinkPrint International Conferences or services that have already taken place.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please send an email to iia.odishachapter@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [event PinkPrint International Conference Name]". Your email should include the following information:

  • Your full name and registration details.
  • Date of payment and amount paid.
  • A valid reason for requesting the refund, along with any supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates, proof of emergency).

Once your refund request is received, our team will review the details and respond within 5 working days to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method or bank account.

Refund Turnaround Time

After the refund has been approved, it typically takes 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account or original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or original payment method again to ensure the funds were not deposited.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to check if there are any pending transactions or processing delays.
  3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at iia.odishachapter@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking the refund.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. These include situations where:

  • Partial attendance of an event PinkPrint International Conference due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds are requested after the event PinkPrint International Conference has begun, but only a portion of the event has been attended.

The amount refunded in these cases will be proportional to the portion of the event that was attended or not utilized.

Refunds for Sale or Discounted Registrations

Please note that registrations purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotional offer are non-refundable unless otherwise stated during the purchase. This includes special sale events, flash deals, or early bird registrations. Regular-priced registrations are subject to the standard refund policy outlined above.

Exchanges

If you are unable to attend the event PinkPrint International Conference for which you have registered, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another individual, provided that the request is made at least 7 days before the event date. Please contact us at iia.odishachapter@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Note that exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
